ON
SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE NO. 101/KMK.05/1997 ON CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS

MINISTER OF FINANCE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA

Considering :

• a. that in order to improve customs services to the community, and to facilitate supervision mechanism of import and export of goods, it is necessary to amend the Attachment I, Attachment II, Attachment V and Attachment VII to the Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 101/KMK.05/1997;
• b. that in relation to the matters set forth in letter a, it is considered necessary to amend Attachment I, Attachment II, Attachment V and Attachment VII to the Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 101/KMK.05/1997 by a Decree of the Minister of Finance;

In view of :

• 1. Law No. 10/1995 on customs affairs (Statute Book of the Republic of Indonesia of 1995 No. 75, Supplement to Statute Book No. 3612);
• 2. Presidential Decree No. 355/M/1999;
• 3. The Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 101/KMK.05/1997 on customs declarations as already amended most recently by the Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 251/KMK.05/1998.

DECIDES :

To stipulate :

DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE CONCERNING THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE NO. 101/KMK.05/1997 ON CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS.

Article 1

To amend Attachment I, Attachment II, Attachment V and Attachment VII of The Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 101/KMK.05/1997 so that they become as stipulated in the Attachment I, Attachment II, Attachment III and Attachment IV to this Decree.

Article 2

This Decree of the Minister of Finance shall come into force as from the date of stipulation.

For public cognizance, this Decree of the Minister of Finance shall be announced by placing it in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
